大课间活动在学校早有开展，传统的学校大课间活动就是指进行课间广播体版操，现在要求权深化大课间活动，增加时间，丰富活动内容，开展有各校特色的大课间活动，提高学生健身与娱乐、促进锻炼方法与健康。
根据新课程标准提出的“健康第一”的要求，结合开展“阳光体育活动”的需要，保证学生每天一小时体育锻炼时间，增强学生的体质，培养学生的心理素质和道德素质，促使学生主动参与体育活动，培养学生参与体育活动的兴趣和爱好，形成坚持锻炼的习惯和终身体育意识。

㈦ 中学大课间活动方案
在我快乐的童年记忆中，有趣的活动就像天上的点点繁星，数也数不清。内但在模糊的记忆中，有一容次活动却让我难以忘怀。这次活动，就是今年那一次有趣的大课间活动。
那一天，我们听到出场的音乐后，便排着整齐的队伍，昂首挺胸、面带微笑地走向操场。来到操场，大家找好位置站好后，听着音乐，认真地做着广播操和武术操。
做完操后，响起了“兔子舞”的音乐。我们找到自己的游戏位置后，开始玩“猴子抢球”的游戏。首先，小林当猴子。小崔将球用力地抛给小廖。小廖接住后，又将球传给小李。眼看小李就要接住球时，小林一把扑上来，拿住了小李手中的球。小李无奈地笑了笑，上去当猴子。小林拿球做了个假动作后，把球轻松地抛给小仇。没想到，小仇分心了，球掉在地上。幸好小邓手疾眼快，把球捞到了手里。小邓拿到球后，马上传球给我。我看准了，伸出双手，接住了球。拿到球后，我不经意地将球往右边抛，没想到刚好砸到死对头小朱身上。他也没注意到：球落在他身边。小李趁机冲上去，把球拿住。小朱气得咬着牙，直拍脑袋：“哎呀！我怎么会分？”
